Vincent von Schantz set a new Finnish national record in 3x3 single at Nuti Tallinn Open 2026, recording a 4.77 in the final.
The solve breaks a six-year-old Finnish record and moves von Schantz to No. 1 in Finland for 3x3 single.
Von Schantz’s final-round results were 7.69, (4.77), 6.18, 6.46, and (7.72), giving him a 6.78 average and the event win.

The result continues a strong 2026 run for von Schantz. Earlier this year, he also set the Finnish 3x3 average national record, recording a 6.60 average at Kampin Kuutiopäivät 2026. That result broke Amos Nordman’s previous 6.81 national record from Finnish Championship 2021.
Von Schantz also briefly lowered the Finnish 3x3 average record to 6.79 at Nordic & Swedish Championship 2026 before improving it again with the 6.60.
He is also a two-time Finnish national champion in 3x3, winning the event at Finnish Championship 2024 and Finnish Championship 2025. At the 2025 championship, he also finished second in 3x3 One-Handed.
The 4.77 single gives von Schantz both Finnish 3x3 records, adding the single record to his current 6.60 average mark.
